Why do conservatives reject the 10 dollar daycare offers?

Do you wonder about the lack of agreement on the #10.00 daycare by the three conservative provinces?

It comes down to the conservative bookkeeping system and their thrust for reducing corporate taxes. I call it corporate communism.

All the money under conservatives goes into one account, general revenues. If they run short, the account is run into a deficit position and, there it stays.

The FED knows this and asked for an accounting of where the funds are spent. The cons call this interference into provincial business. They would want a cash dump into general revenues sealed with a thank you. And daycare would settle for.10 cents on the dollar.

Going back to the Klein period awash with cash, he refused health transfers rather than account for his spending!

Alan’s scam was an effort to take the blazing spotlight from Jason Kenny.

In the 3 months previous I had busted Kenny 3 times in trying to take down the Transmountain Expansion project. For one effort, he robbed the Government Pension funds to build a pipeline east, to no place in particular. This had he gained approval, would have pitted Alberta Government Pensions against the CPP invested in Trans Mountain.

On another not so sensational deal he was sitting next to a lawyer on a TV show while she bad-mouthed Ottawa and the Trans Mountain. All the time, nodding and smiling his agreement. He was relentless!.

Behind this is Shell oil on the Gulf coast who will see prices on our oil rise because of our direct access to China and Indonesia.

There is a block of misguided anti-pipeline people out there! Fifty or more countries are shipping into the oil market. If we don’t ship, they will fill the orders.. Whether that pipeline is active or not has nothing at all to do with global warming.

Pack of Wolves, insights.

The front 3 are the oldest. They set the pace. The next 5 are strongest and fittest and protect the pack from Frontal attack. With this system, the wolves in the middle are safe from attack. The 5 behind are also the strongest and fittest assuring security. The one behind is the leader, he is prepared to fill any position needed and support wherever needed.

Leading does not mean being at the forefront. It’s taking care of the whole team

The Five Eyes (FVEY) is an intelligence alliance comprising AustraliaCanadaNew Zealand, the United Kingdom, and the United States.[1] These countries are parties to the multilateral UKUSA Agreement, a treaty for joint cooperation in signals intelligence.[2][3][4]

The origins of the FVEY can be traced back to informal secret meetings during World War II between British and US code-breakers that started before the US entry into the war, followed by the Atlantic Charter agreed by the Allies to lay out their goals for a post-war world. Canadian academic Srdjan Vucetic argues that the alliance emerged from Winston Churchill’s Iron Curtain speech, given at Westminster College, Missouri, in 1946,[5] in particular Churchill’s belief the conflict with the Soviet sphere of influence would become a hot war unless the English-speaking democracies learned to cooperate:

Neither the sure prevention of war, nor the continuous rise of world organisation will be gained without what I have called the fraternal association of the English-speaking peoples. This means a special relationship between the British Commonwealth and Empire and the United States… the continuance of the intimate relationship between our military advisers, leading to common study of potential dangers…”[6]

As the Cold War deepened, the intelligence sharing arrangement became formalised under the ECHELON surveillance system in the 1960s.[7] This was initially developed by the FVEY to monitor the communications of the former Soviet Union and the Eastern Bloc, although it is now used to monitor communications worldwide.[8][9]

In the late 1990s, the existence of ECHELON was disclosed to the public, triggering a major debate in the European Parliament and, to a lesser extent, the United States Congress. The FVEY further expanded their surveillance capabilities during the course of the “war on terror“, with much emphasis placed on monitoring the World Wide Web. The former NSA contractor Edward Snowden described the Five Eyes as a “supra-national intelligence organisation that does not answer to the known laws of its own countries”.[10] Documents leaked by Snowden in 2013 revealed that the FVEY has been spying on one another’s citizens and sharing the collected information with each other in order to circumvent restrictive domestic regulations on surveillance of citizens.[11][12][13][14]

In spite of continued controversy over its methods, the Five Eyes relationship remains one of the most comprehensive known espionage alliances in history.[15]NSA Headquarters, Fort Meade, Maryland, United StatesASIO central office, Canberra, AustraliaGCHQ, Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, United KingdomCSE, Ottawa, Ontario, Canada

#Britian, #Australia, #New Zealand, #Canada all had elections in 2019. We know for certain that Bell Media (a very mischievous company)and their 200 newspapers interfered in Canada’s election. How much do you want to bet they interfered in the other countries elections also? And lastly the United States who own and view Bell Media as a major resource. Australia’s conservative win came as a surprise to the whole population!

Huawei was fully involved in BC’s tele communions in 2019 and, BC was the only province not to go Conservative. There is no evidence or suggestion that @Huawei messed with the election in any way.

This brings us to Canada’s face off with the rest of the the 5 eyes members. One of which is a protector of their private industry and the others Conservatives installed by that same industry.

Trudeau has a headache ahead of him. The scenario I outlined Andrew Scheer was criticized because he missed an empty net.

Imperative we ditch minimum 3 Conservative Governments!

Our country is presently populated by 8 #Conservative provinces and, only 6 are required to re-write our constitution along with a Conservative Federal Government.

The only possible exception is Saskatchewan, the rest including Quebec got in by #media manipulation of Bell Media and their 200 newspapers. Bell was installed in Canada by Stephen Harper!

Bottom line, we have to get rid of a minimum of 3 provincial Governments in the next election to avoid a meltdown of our country.

Another crisis is nearly on us and that is water. Canada has it and the USA doesn’t. The Conservatives wanted very much to export the Peace River in total through a giant pipeline, the #Weatherford project. Fully engineered in the 80s it has been on the Conservative wish list since. The design is to move 2/3rd of the river south and when a river gets down to 1/3 of its flow, the river dies.

The SiteC dam in BC is a sump from which to draw the water. The design of the dam will not allow it to produce electricity at a profit.

Beyond California and North Dakota, the #Wyoming river is in a state of massive decline. That is drinking water for millions.

Under the Conservative plan, Canadians will pay for the infrastructure and private industry will collect the profit.

O’Toole’s shaded past

A question for the group:Erin O’Toole’s talked a lot about “getting tough on China”. As far as I know: no one’s held him to account about his track record on China. In 2012, O’Toole was a cabinet minister in a government that signed a FIPA deal with China that remains in effect until 2044. Despite 10 years of state sponsored industrial espionage scandals, and Nortel’s resulting bankruptcy, Erin O’Toole gave China the right to sue us for blocking any Canadian project they invest in, for any reason at all, even if that project is doing something illegal. Meanwhile, China is free to kidnap Canadians at will.Has anyone asked O’Toole about this?.

What do you risk in a Conservative vote?

What are you risking with a frivolous vote for the Federal Conservatives? O’Toole won the leadership by courting the extreme right-wing.  He was very proud of this.  Who then, is the extreme right-wing?

That would be Christian fundamentalists that would be the same group as the Alberta UCP!  At risk is our public health care; make no mistake about it!  Woman’s rights will become a thing of the past! Funding for Universities will be further curtailed!  Only the very rich will be able to afford a secondary education!  Our immigrants will be from the USA, WASP, or foreign degrees. All of the reasons it is less expensive.  You lived through this in the Ralph Klein Years. You have Conservative Governments in 8 out of 10 provinces! Our very constitution is at risk!

Leave the Liberals in place until we reduce the number of Conservatives in provinces! They only took office with the help of Bell Media and thier 200 newspapers workiing overtime.

Funding set aside for daycare will be withdrawn and a suitable story attached to it.

Remember, Scheer was turfed out by them because he “missed an empty net.” They intended to re-write the constitution.  They are again in that position.  And I will guarantee you it is front and center on O’Toole’s mind.

Funding set aside for daycare will be withdrawn and a suitable story attached to it.

Under Scheer’s attempt at re writing our constitution, the Conservative Facebook was alive with speculation on the matter. This time under O’Toole there is not a whisper.

Carbon Capture, O’Toole style.

Carbon Capture, O’Toole style.

Carbon is captured from cement plants or industry in general then it is pumped down hole into an existing oil field

where, acting as a solvent it mixes with the oil present there.

This puts the field under pressure. When the valve is opened there is a rush of Carbon Dioxide desribed as sounding like a jet plane. This will vent for a few hours then, oilshows up boiling because it is saturated with carbon dioxide.

Everything that is captured is turned loose again!

O’Toole has tapped into a Harper scheme without knowing what it is.

Critique of the English Debate

It is time to put the Liberals in strong! Trudeau made a deal with Quebec to put 8 billion dollars into their child care program. Today the Premier of Quebec said “it wasn’t needed” It is time to clean the slate of Conservatives!

My view is it is all Verbal diarrhea Can you Imagine what kind of shape we would be in now if O’Toole was leading us through this pandemic? We would have been on the “let God Sort it out” train for the duration. #leadership

Critique of the English Debate.

Much was left out and curtailed by the Conservatives because of their accounting methods!

They made much of “no Conditions”

Conservatives put all the incoming cash into General Revenues then, spend at random out of that account.

Health payments from Ottawa would go into General Revenues if they had their way!

Ottawa has asked for an accounting that health care money was spent on health care and, the Conservatives don’t care for this.

On the Quebec pipeline pushed by O’Toole.  Firstly Quebec lost a major electrical contract with the USA .  This, leaves them short billions.  They have suggested they will accept a pipeline from the west if, the west will agree to buy their surplus generation.   Unfortunately, Alberta’s electricity is owned by the cities, Edmonton (EPCOR) and Calgary (ENMAX) this supplements our tax base so, there is no way wean work with PQ on this item. Quebec, on the other hand picked up 3 billion a year from California when Ford cancelleld Ontario’s cap and trade program. However, that should be gone now, as in timed out.

O’Toole is fanning the flames of dissent trying to start something with a  pipeline.

Irving Oil Company gets it’s oil off the ocean on the east coast and supplies Montreal refinery with I think, finished product.    Montreal Refinery gets its bulk oil in over the
Great Lakes.  Both these systems are far less expensive than is pipeline construction and oil paying for it.

So the debate went round and round, the truth was never heard.  Trudeau kept quite though the whole exchange, showing good sense. He did point out the 8 billion paid into Quebec’s daycare was the first province to get it, the plan is in mothion to cover all the other provinces the same way, to scale.

Trudeau came under attack on the Kabul people left behind. He barely got out that  20,000 people were on their way using a third country and Jagmeet Singh

From <https://www.cbc.ca/news/politics/english-leaders-debate-election-2021-1.6170042>

jumped in with the complaint about 20 or so people remaining even though Trudeau said they were working on it.  Sing spent the night trying to make a hit he lost ground from the French debate.

Mr. Blanchet made a good show for PQ even when he was on the defensive from Jagmeet.

Jagmeet bounced Trudeau on having the worse record of the G7.  Actually Canada has the lowest GDP in the G7, Must be what he was talking about.

Canada has the 10th largest economy in the world, valued at around $U.S. 1.74 trillion as of 2019.

And, that is pretty dam good!

From <https://www.worldatlas.com/articles/group-of-seven-g7-countries.html>

More on the G7 Comparison.

In 2019 — the first year of the federal carbon pricing system, commonly called the “carbon tax” — Canada produced 730 megatonnes of carbon dioxide emissions, an increase of one megatonne — or 0.2 per cent — over 2018.

However, the economy grew faster than emissions did in 2019 — which means the country’s “emissions intensity” is lower than it has been in the past.

The 730 megatonnes of emissions recorded in 2019 is slightly higher than the 723 megatonnes Canada churned out in 2015, the year Trudeau first took office. This was because of increased industry!

From <https://www.cbc.ca/news/politics/english-leaders-debate-election-2021-1.6170042>

O’Toole has said that, if he’s elected, he will push the reset button on Canada’s climate plan, returning to the previous national target of reducing emissions by 30 per cent below 2005 levels by 2030. Trudeau said O’Toole threatens to drag Canada back to “the Harper years,” when former prime minister Stephen Harper committed to less ambitious environmental action.

Typical Conservative who, a month ago had no plan at all has decided to go back to 2005 numbers because they are lower. The man seems to want to play it bent as a first choice!

From <https://www.cbc.ca/news/politics/english-leaders-debate-election-2021-1.6170042>

“We have to win back trust on this issue — we haven’t met the expectations of Canadians on climate change,” O’Toole said. He defended his lower target, saying his plan is actually doable and would not tank Canada’s resource-rich economy.

He could have started with the current truth if he wanted to win back trust!

From <https://www.cbc.ca/news/politics/english-leaders-debate-election-2021-1.6170042>

“Mr. O’Toole can’t even convince his party that climate change is real because they voted against that,” Trudeau said, referring to a failed Conservative party convention motion to declare that “climate change is real.”

From <https://www.cbc.ca/news/politics/english-leaders-debate-election-2021-1.6170042>

NDP Leader Jagmeet Singh also piled on, saying “Justin Trudeau has failed all of us. You had six years and you’ve got the worst track record in the G7 after six years.”  jAGMEET can go sit with O’Toole.

From <https://www.cbc.ca/news/politics/english-leaders-debate-election-2021-1.6170042>

Canada’s housing stock is among the priciest in the world, with the average price of a single family home costing well over $1 million in the Toronto and Vancouver urban areas. According to the Canadian Real Estate Association’s MLS system, the average price of a home in Canada is $716,000, an eye-popping figure that means property ownership is a distant dream for many.

“There’s a housing crisis and Mr. Trudeau is making it worse,” O’Toole said. To address this, the Conservative housing plan commits to building one million new homes over three years while easing mortgage requirements and making more federal land available for development.  The point is, you have watched for 3 weeks while our lumber out of the midwest BC and US has been Torched.  This was our lumber inventory!  Lumber is now a semi precious commodity and housing is being built on current costs, older housing is going up to reflect the value of the lumber in them.  Don’t sell cheap.  In answering this O’Toole decides to game it. Make a deal with the most fluent party of our population giving them tax concession or access to cheap money.
